A: It is free to list/advertise a property through Roogle. But we request our clients to mail us donation, contribution or a TIP if they find a buyer through Roogle. Generally sellers send us a check for 100 dollars. Keep in mind that we work on the honor system and trust our clients.

Q: How long will this special honor system last?

Q: How many categories can I list under?

A: As many as apply to your property. You may assign multiple categories to you property by holding control key and click on the desired categories.

Q: What is the benefit of adding neighborhood cities and what is the city name variation on listing page?

A: Sometime buyers may be looking in a city just close to yours. Your property location may also be acceptable. Therefore when a buyer searches in the city close to you he or she will find your property. Moreover many buyers spell cities in different ways for example New York City and NYC, Los Angeles and LA etc.

Q: How can we attract more buyer customers?

A: Please read the help messages. In city variations and neighborhood city fields please write down the neighboring cities and variation of your city names like New York City and NYC. Also use this if some cities are misspelled.

Q: Can we change the information or picture in our listing?

A: Yes you can always logon and edit certain information or change the picture. You will need to delete your properties after they are sold.

Q: How do we make the payment?

A: We decided to work on honor system and trust our clients. We have removed the credit card charge system because some customers worry about security. We accept contributions, donations or Tips in form of checks, money orders and cashiers checks.

Q: How long you intend to continue the honor system?

A: Currently we intend to continue with honor system forever if it continues to be successful. But we reserve the right to change and request payment in advanced from sellers and buyers.
